# Download US IRS 1099-NEC Archive

GET https://api.getthera.com/companies/{companyId}/1099-nec-document/zip

Bundle every stored 1099-NEC file for a company into a single zip, across a range of tax years. Returns the zip bytes base64-encoded plus its filename and content type, matching downloadSignedContracts. Workers with no generated form for a year are simply absent.

## Request

### Path parameters

- `companyId` (string, required)

### Query parameters

- `startTaxYear` (integer, optional) — First tax year to include. Defaults to the earliest year Thera filed 1099s.
- `endTaxYear` (integer, optional) — Last tax year to include. Defaults to the on-going tax year.

- `filename` (string, required)
- `contentType` (string, required)
- `base64Content` (string, required) — The zip archive bytes, base64-encoded. Decode to a Blob using contentType and download using filename.
- `documentCount` (integer, required) — How many 1099-NEC files are in the archive.
- `skippedCount` (integer, required) — How many files could not be read and were left out of the archive.
